He has spent several years building strategic partnerships overseas to implement the IGS model to provide a solution to the global housing crisis. Currently he is constructing the first overseas IGS plant in Kenya, Africa. Mr. China attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis and graduated from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Calderón focuses his business on developing long-term client relationships, advising Family Offices as well as Endowments and Foundations in Latin America, and leveraging the resources Morgan Stanley has to offer as a global financial institution to meet clients’ needs. Alejandro studied in Colombia and France, graduating with a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Masters in Science in Management. He started his career at J.P. Morgan, where he worked for over 10 years in different offices (Paris, Geneva, London, and New York). With over 12 years of experience in the financial sector and wealth management, Alejandro now spends most of his efforts helping clients align their core values and principles with their investments by showing them the benefits of sustainable investments and impact investing. To achieve this, he utilizes the resources from the Institute for Sustainable Investing and the Investing with Impact Platform at Morgan Stanley. Alejandro lives in New York with his wife, Natalia.

Ambassador Garcia is the Director of UN Relations for EBLA. He is in-charge of overseeing our involvement with the United Nations system in line with our company’s mission and values. Serving as a business tool for development addressing vital issues for Human Sustainable Development with the international community.
Ambassador Garcia is a career diplomat with 18 years of experience at the United Nations. He has seved as the Vice President of the United Nations Economic and Social Council. Prior to his appointment as Permanent Representative of El Salvador he was the Deputy Permanent Representative at his country’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York. During his tenure at the mission, Ambassador Garcia oversaw the economic, financial, social, peace and security, peace building, humanitarian, environmental and human rights issues.
Before his posting to New York, Ambassador Garcia was Director of Multilateral Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in San Salvador.

Mr. Leal’s has extensive expertise in the construction and agricultural sectors in Guatemala. He is an accomplished business man with more than 20 years experience working in the production of sugar cane and high end constructions businesses for the region.
Mr. Leal is an Engineer and General Manager leading one of the most prestigious development’s in Central America, Paseo Cayalá. It is a striking area with more than 400 acres (200-hectares) defined as “Paradise” by its own name Cayalá, a word influenced from the Mayan dialect, Kakchiquel. It is a majestic area giving urban life a unique experience through its apartments, parks, high-end boutiques, exclusive nightclubs, restaurants and sports facilities, all surrounded with spectacular roman like columns and white stucco walls. Mr. Hector Leal is fluent in English and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Unicon promotes practices through social action initiatives to help disadvantage communities in developing countries. Mrs. Pereira has worked on implementing sustainable and social impact projects that empower women and children through education.

James Bickford is CEO of Grey Works. He is Civil Engineer. Mr. Bickford has 18 years of experience in the construction business in Guatemala. His extensive experience includes on-site work leading complex construction projects including housing, road infrastructure, sewerage, design, roofing, maintenance, warehouses, drainage treatments, and carpentry. Throughout his professional career he has led and managed various sectors of the construction industry. Mr. Bickford has been in-charge for the past 2 years of overseeing the grey work for Paseo Cayala, one of Central America’s most notable Sustainable Urbanization´s. He received a Civil Engineering degree from the Universidad San Rafael Landivar in Guatemala.
